At Lucy Party, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund policy to make the process as easy as possible.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Custom or personalized items
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team or to initiate the refund process.
2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- If rejected, we will provide you with the reason for the rejection and return the item to you at your expense.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check the following:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us for further instructions.
